All quotations are site specific and bespoke to individual client requirements. When requested to complete an assessment we will undertake a complete site survey, which will generate a quotation based on your specific requirements drawing on our experience of providing services to the public and private sector for over 30 years. This ensures that you receive a complete reassessment of service delivery as opposed to a like for like quote that can often result in the same problems being transferred from one company to the next. We will provide you with an assessment based on a visual inspection and measurement exercise undertaken to BICS standards.
The re-assessment of service allows us to be able to identify any underlying problems including over and under provision of service. The can often result in a cost saving achieved through increased efficiencies.
We are also able to assess cleaning services undertaken directly or in house services. We are able to reassess the service and provide a quotation to outsource the service which also identifies any service delivery problems such as inefficiencies of delivery. We provide specialist management systems coupled with effective working methods and labour saving equipment to ensure the maximum service application for the associated cost of service delivery. Our senior management team alone have over 150 years’ experience in the cleaning industry.
