Managing Director

With overall and final responsibility for health & safety, environmental issues, quality and financial performance at Premiserv Limited. The Managing Director will actively engage in all aspects of service delivery.

Operations Manager

Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery our Cleaning Contracts, achieving the specification and meeting all Key Performance Indicators. The Operations Manager is also responsible for line managing the Area Managers and the Rapid Response Support Team. This involves ensuring planned services, co-ordinating staff, cleaning equipment and providing instructions to allow all functions within the specification to be carried out to the highest standard and efficiency.

Area Supervisor

Overseeing the day to day running of cleaning services, to be delivered on time and within budget supporting the Operations Manager with planning, co-ordinating staff, cleaning equipment and controlled operational instructions to allow the function of cleaning to be carried out to highest standard.

Business Development Manager

Working to improve our market position and achieve financial growth.  He defines our strategic goals, builds customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.   It is the BDM’s job to work with the internal team and other managers to increase sales opportunities; to achieve this he needs to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients and continue to grow business in the future.  The BDM also helps manage existing clients and ensures they stay satisfied and positive.
