Ordering & Payment

We use the latest secure checkout technology provided by RBS Worldpay where you can be assured that your transaction is encrypted, safe and secure. Once you have placed an order you can view your most recent order in either the order confirmation e-mail or via your account (if you chose this option on checkout).

Throughout the order process you will be updated on progress via email. Normally unless there is an issue with payment or further verification is required your order will be processed to dispatch stage and released for delivery on the same day.

We carry large stocks of our products and delivery is next working day however on occasions where we are reliant on third parties and during exceptionally busy periods your order may be delayed. You will be notified of any delay via e-mail normally on the day of order and kept up to date with progress.

Cancelling your Order:

We endeavour to process all orders as fast as we possibly can therefore if it is necessary to cancel an order please call our customer service number immediately on 01244288882 otherwise it could be dispatched immediately from our warehouse. Should you wish to change an order please contact us.

Payment Options:

All major credit and debit cards are accepted along with Paypal via our service provider RBS Worldpay where all transactions are secure and SSL encrypted

Special Offers & Reduced Items:

On the Hygenol site you may find products which are offered at a reduced price these products are of high-quality and are not B-grade stock. At any time the products offered at a reduced price can be offered within a clearance event or sale period promotional codes do not apply to sale products.

Bulk Purchases & Pallet Quantities:

Some products on the Hygenol site may have reductions for bulk purchases. These purchases can be used (subject to restrictions) with Promotional codes where specified.

Promotion Codes:

Promotion codes do not apply to Special Offer or Reduced items. If you return an order where a promotion code has been used the value of the code will not be refunded. Promotion codes are only valid within a certain time.
