The individual who provides the referral (the ‘Referrer’) must be over 18 years of age, a UK resident, and is not a Manager at the Premiserv Group of Companies.
The referral must be given by the Referrer on the Referral Form on the Premiserv website, and all the information requested on the website at https://premiserv.co.uk/referal-scheme must be provided. The referral must lead to the generation of a minimum of a 12-month contract between 3rd party referred or once only work of a minimum invoice value of £5000 excluding VAT confirmed by the receipt of a signed contract, purchase order or written instruction from a UK registered company. We can only accept one referral per UK Company or Organisation and only the first referral will be accepted. In the event we receive two referrals for the same UK Company or Organisation the referral received first and/or the referral received providing all the requested information will be accepted. We will notify you if the Company or Organisation has already been referred. The referral gift will be issued to the Referrer within 14 days of the corresponding sales invoice having been paid in full or in the case of a series of invoices 14 days after the first corresponding invoice has been paid in full. Referrals cannot be accepted for Companies or Organisations that are exisitin Premiserv clients. Should there be any dispute regarding this scheme the decision taken by a Premiserv Director will be final. Premiserv reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time. Should you not receive your referral within 6 months of making the referral please email details of your claim to referrals@premiserv.co.uk and we will respond with an update. Any referral that does not become a client of Premiserv within 6 months of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee.
